I The Shared Frame — why both were fighters

Two legendary heavyweight champions share the identical Day Master: 庚, Yang Metal. Of the ten Day Masters, 庚 is the most martial — the forged blade, the axe, raw metal shaped into a weapon. For a trade built on breaking a man with your fists, no Day Master fits better. And both charts sit under the pressure of Fire (the Officer element) — 火 controlling 金, the fire that either tempers steel or melts it. To this point, the two are near-mirror images.

The difference is a single variable — strength. And that one variable split their lives into opposites.

II The Fork — strength changes what the fire means

Ali sits on the strong side, his chart dominated by its own Metal (50%), so the Fire (Officer) is not a threat but the forge-flame that shapes an overflowing metal into form. A Yang Metal self this saturated finds its only path to greatness through external channels — expression, principle, the world stage. The blade completed itself by inscribing itself on the world.

Tyson is Weak. A weak metal beneath a summer furnace (丙午·甲午), so the same fire can forge or melt. His signature: “an overwhelming Fire environment presses a Weak Metal self toward either disciplined brilliance or catastrophic fragmentation.” When the structure of a master — Cus D'Amato — was present, the fire forged him. When that structure collapsed, the same fire shattered him.

III Parallel Decades — same constellation, different ending

When the Fire (Officer) arrived — Ali governed it, Tyson was pinned by it

Ali · 丁酉 Officer decade (34–43) = EXPLAINED WELL. Fire-Officer disciplines the excess metal → a third title and a graceful late career. The strong blade absorbed Officer pressure as structure.
Tyson · 丙申 Challenger decade (12–21) = EXPLAINED WELL. D'Amato forged that Fire-Officer pressure into discipline → the youngest heavyweight champion in history. But in the following 丁酉·戊戌 decades, with the master gone, the same pressure surfaced as the loss, the imprisonment, the bankruptcy — fragmentation, not forging (graded only PARTLY).

Appearance — both strong-boned, strength decides the grain

Both audits' physiognomy sections open on the same 庚 Metal note — “strong-boned, angular” — a clean hit against two documented fighters. Ali (strong-side + Fire): luminous complexion, animated expressive features — the strikingly handsome face. Tyson (Weak-Self modifier): not tall but compact and dense, thick-necked, latently dangerous at rest — an exact hit on his real build.

IV One Sentence

Same blade, same trial by fire, different vessel. When 庚 Metal is strong, the fire forges it into a fine sword (Ali); when it is weak, the same fire melts it (Tyson). A single variable — strength — split an identical Day Master, an identical martial nature, and an identical Officer pressure into opposite fates. That is the one sentence the chart speaks when the two champions are set side by side.

Method & limits. Both charts, strengths, structures, and luck pillars were computed deterministically by Elun's engine from public birth records. Ali's birth time is documented on his birth certificate, so his is a four-pillar reading; Tyson's hour is a low-reliability rectification, so it is honestly omitted (three-pillar) — the day-master strength and Officer pressure for each hold regardless. The interpretation was matched against public biography. This is retrospective structural coherence, not prophecy — both audits mark decades the chart does NOT obviously explain.
