This Privacy Policy explains what data elun.me ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, and how it's used.

We do not require an account or collect passwords. We don't run advertising trackers on elun.me.
Your birth data is used to compute your chart deterministically (no third party involved in that step), then passed to a language model (Anthropic's Claude API) to write the narrative portions of your report. Anthropic processes this data as our sub-processor to generate the report text and does not use it to train models. The finished report is stored so you can reopen it later via your permanent link.
We never see or store your card details. Checkout and billing are handled entirely by Digistore24 Inc., acting as reseller and Merchant of Record — see Digistore24's Privacy Policy for how they handle payment and billing data.
We keep your chart inputs and generated report tied to your order so you can re-open or re-generate it later. If you'd like your data deleted, email us (see below) and we'll remove it, subject to any records we're required to keep for tax/accounting purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
