Refund Policy

All Elun purchases are processed by Digistore24 Inc. as reseller (Merchant of Record) and are covered by Digistore24's standard 60-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

Elun reports are digital goods, generated on demand and delivered instantly once you claim your order. Before requesting a refund, we can often fix things faster:

✓ We'll refund you — no questions asked — if:

Your payment succeeded but your order/report could not be generated or delivered due to a fault on our end, and we're unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge).
You change your mind within the 60-day money-back window.

💡 Before refunding, we can usually help with:

Generation or delivery problems — contact us and we'll get your report working.
Incorrect birth details entered at claim time (city/time/date) — we'll regenerate with corrected details within your order's generation limit.
Questions about the content or interpretation (BaZi readings are inherently a matter of interpretation — see our Terms).

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout, and briefly describe the issue — we aim to respond within a few business days. You can also request a refund directly from Digistore24 using the order ID on your receipt.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Digistore24 back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/card provider.
