These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of elun.me (the "Service"), operated by Elun ("we", "us"). By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
Elun calculates BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) charts using a deterministic ephemeris engine — true solar time, longitude correction, and timezone/DST handling — and generates written reports from that chart. BaZi is offered as a resource for self-reflection and life planning. It is entertainment and cultural/educational content, not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied on as such. Nothing in a report is a diagnosis, prediction guaranteed to occur, or professional recommendation.
Reports are one-time digital purchases (not subscriptions) in the amounts shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Digistore24 Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record for these transactions. Digistore24 handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT — we never see or store your card information. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Digistore24.
After checkout you claim your report at elun.me/report.html (or elun.me/couple.html) using your order number and purchase email, plus your birth details. Generation typically takes 2–4 minutes. Each order may be re-generated a limited number of times (e.g. to correct a birth time or add a name), and comes with a permanent link so you can reopen it later. Reports are for personal use; please don't resell or redistribute them.

Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the Service; don't submit another person's private birth data without their consent; don't attempt to circumvent order verification or generation limits.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elun's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
